Free delivery of wines & spirits for a minimum of Five Thousand Pesos (5000.00) within the Metro Manila Area. Fixed fee of P500 for under 5000 purchases.within Metro Manila

All orders will be delivered within 2 - 3 working days upon receipt of purchase orders.
For orders below the minimum, we will be pleased to accommodate the order, though delivery will be dependent on the scheduled deliveries near your area. Warehouse pick up is also an option.
Delivery schedule: Mondays to Fridays and Saturday ( for peak season and bulk orders) except public holidays.

Pursuant to DTI’s policy, the client is entitled to exchange a defective product.
- Item(s) must be in marketable condition. Complete with undamaged box / packaging material
- See below for allowable number of days for return including the shipping period
- Allowable period for Metro Manila is 10 days
The items must be shipped back within 24hrs from the date of notification thru email / phone call / sms notification.
Shipping and handling cost incurred are non refundable.
Exchange can be only made with the bottle with higher value.
Shipping and handling cost involved in exchanging/ returning and sending back of the item will be borne by the customer.

Refunds cannot be made for returned items. They can be only replaced by items of a similar amount or higher.
Defective and Damaged Items
Item(s) delivered with defect(s) must be reported immediately within 24 hrs upon receipt of the item(s).
Item(s) returned that is described as damaged or defective will be defective will be tested and inspected .
If found defective or damaged, Forth & Tay will replace them an d pay for the appropriate shipping cost.
