Gentle crushing of the grapes and fermentation in stainless steel vats brings a soft fruitiness to this wine. The nose is crammed with blackcurrant, cherry and cassis, with hints of oak, spice and juniper behind. The palate has layers of soft black fruits, under which are spice, oak and cream notes.
