Luce
Luce 2001 - has an intense and vibrant purple color. The bouquet is distinguished by its elegance and refinement. Fragrances of ripe fruit, cherries, and forest berries mingle with notes of chocolate, leading into a finish of fresh aromas. The entry on the palate is delightfully lavish with well integrated tannins that perfectly balance the alcohol. The flavor is persistent, offering a crescendo finish with a hint of minerals. Luce 2000 - ruby red in color, has an extremely intense bouquet offering an array of fruit fragrances. Currants and wild strawberries weave into spicier aromas of liquorice and cloves enhanced by notes of tobacco. On the palate, the entry is soft and enticing, with an acidity that blends into the wine's great structure and tannins. The finish is complex and persistent.

Classified number 45 in the Wine Spectator’s top 100 wines of the world, the rich, concentrated nose is made up of ripe, pulpy fruits, followed by mint, spice, vanilla and black pepper. The palate is lush, with rich fruits and spices, giving a fine balance of alcohol and acidity.

A fabulous wine, aged for 4 years before being released. The palate is full, with fruit to the fore, but with power and length from well-rounded tannins.

Frescobaldi Nipozzano Riserva, Chianti Rufina
This wine is aged for 24 months in old barriques before bottling. The nose mixes ripe, black fruit with herbs, tobacco and oak. The palate is built on cherries, currants and spices with some vanilla in the long lasting and mouth-filling finish.

Cesari Mara, Vino di Ripasso, Valpolicella Superiore DOC
On the nose, figs, dates and cassis are to the fore, with honey and smoke from barrel aging. The palate is full-bodied, but not overpowering. Plums and cherries give way to raisins and a satisfyingly long finish.

A blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc grown in the hills of Tuscany. A delicate nose brings aromas of flowers, lavender and young fruit, especially apricots. The palate blends melon and pineapple from the Chardonnay with crisp, young fruit notes from the Pinot Blanc. A crisp, hazelnut finish.

Danzante Merlot
The lack of oak aging really allows the natural fruitiness of this great Merlot to shine through. Blueberries, plums and light spices on the nose are followed by an equally fruity palate. Plums dominate the palate, backed by some cinnamon and pepper, leading to a soft finish.

Danzante Pinot Grigio
Malolactic fermentation is prevented to keep the wine’s natural acidity and freshness. The wonderful nose is full of spring flowers and young fruit, especially green mangos and pears. The palate leads with melons and pineapples, balanced with calamansi at the finish. A truly superior dry white wine.

Danzante Primitivo
A close relative of the Zinfandel grape, the nose is beautifully floral, with wild red berries, dried plums and cinnamon. The palate is rich, filled with concentrated fruit, almost jammy in the mid-palate with soft spice and tannins in the long, drawn-out finish.

Danzante Sangiovese
No oak aging and a soft pressing lead to a wine that truly demonstrates the fruit and subtlety of this classic Italian grape. This great wine has a nose of blackberries, plums and cherries, with hints of spice. The palate is filled with cherries and plums, with cinnamon notes. A wine that is young and fresh.

Frescobaldi Albizzia, Chardonnay
Flowers, apples and pears on the nose are followed by a palate of ripe peach and apricot. Green apple notes at the finish make this a wine well balanced between fruit and acidity. A light and appealing Chardonnay, with no oak.
