47% Grenache, 46% Shiraz and 7% Mourvedre sourced from the McLaren Vale. A beautiful, perfumed GSM, with fresh fruit, pepper and soft spices blending in abundance.

100% McLaren Vale Shiraz. On the nose, black currant, vanilla and concentrated spicy aromas blend with prunes and hints of licorice. These wonderful fruit and spice aromas are carried through on the mouth-filling palate, leading to a rich, toasty, chocolate finish.
Ever since its early days this wine has offered jammy aromas over a toasty background and elegant density.

Immediately pungent with sweet tar and creosote aromas that release wood smoked fragrances with hints of liquorice and soft antiseptic hints and charred leather. Sweet to the palate yet medicinal flavours release sparks that lead to an explosion of spicy pepper. Liquorice and cloves combine into a medium length smoked pepper finale.

The nose has pineapple aromas, with fresh, lemony fruit. Creamy vanilla notes follow. The palate is fresh, with mango, pineapple, citrus, and cashew nut. There is a soft and rounded palate, with a lingering finish.
The nose is fruit-driven, crossing the spectrum from blackcurrant through plum to red cherries and a touch of spice. The palate marries the dark fruit and spice of the Cabernet with the plumy softness expected from fine Merlots.
A multi-region blend from across South East Australia. The Cabernet brings black cherry, cassis and spice complexity. The Shiraz brings plum fruit, mixed in with cracked pepper in the mid-palate. The concentrated blackberry and spice make for a rewarding, long-lasting finish.

Most grapes are from South East Australia, with parcels from New South Wales & the Murray River Valley. The lemon-citrus of the Semillon combines wonderfully with tropical fruit notes from the Chardonnay. A lovely fruit-filled finish, refreshed with citrus elements.

From the Maipo Valley, a fabulous wine, with great body and structure. Ripe, red cherries and cassis on the nose are followed by menthol and soft spices. The palate has a strong backbone of ripe black fruits with a finish that lasts and lasts.

A brilliantly smooth and ripe wine, full of red berry fruit and good, firm tannins. Black berries and cherries combine with leather notes and an appealing spice element on the nose. The mouth-feel is full bodied, with black cherry and oak notes in the long, satisfying finish.

Pungent, exhuberant and intense. Aromatic green capsicum (bell pepper), gooseberry & lush passionfruit characters. Sauvignon Blanc's crisp acidity is delicious with a crunchy summer salad featuring capsicums, cherry tomatoes and vinaigrette; fish, seafood and shellfish; raw vegetables.

The lack of oak aging really allows the natural fruitiness of this great Merlot to shine through. Blueberries, plums and light spices on the nose are followed by an equally fruity palate. Plums dominate the palate, backed by some cinnamon and pepper, leading to a soft finish.
