85% Sangiovese and 15% Cabernet Sauvignon, but very lightly pressed, giving gentleness and subtlety. Fermentation and aging in stainless steel accentuates the fruit. The aroma has violets, raspberries and red cherries. The palate has red cherry, with hints of tobacco and leather before a soft finish.

This wine is Carmenere-like; Merlot with attitude! The nose leads with blueberries, supported by a hint of mint and some light spices. The palate is filled with ripe fruit, spices and a hint of pepper in the finish.
Produced from selected Corvina, Rodinella grapes, grown in the hills of Valpolicella. Medium bodied wine with a characteristics bouquet. It is served roast, so as to bring out its quality. It must be served at room temperature.
The nose is delicate, including spring flowers and ripe pears. The palate is a light bodied blend of melon and pear balanced by citrus in the finish.
A classical Merlot: lots of soft fruit on nose and palate with hints of sweet cinnamon. The nose leads with strawberries, followed by blueberry and soft spice. The palate is warming, filling the mouth with ripe fruit flavours, leading to an attractively soft finish.
