Rosemount Estate Chardonnay
The majority of the grapes come from the Hunter Valley, along with parcels from Victoria. Full, fresh aromas of peach and melon lead to a palate of soft, ripe tropical fruits with great concentration of flavour brought about by aging a proportion of the wine on its lees.

Frescobaldi Pomino Bianco
A blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc grown in the hills of Tuscany. A delicate nose brings aromas of flowers, lavender and young fruit, especially apricots. The palate blends melon and pineapple from the Chardonnay with crisp, young fruit notes from the Pinot Blanc. A crisp, hazelnut finish.

Penfolds Koonunga Hill Chardonnay
Considered by many to be amongst Australia's best value whites, a nose of honeydew melon and almonds, with some citrus fruit in the background leads to a similarly fruity palate that also includes baked apple, along with some honey and cream from the barrel aging.

Rosemount Estate Semillon Chardonnay
Most grapes are from South East Australia, with parcels from New South Wales & the Murray River Valley. The lemon-citrus of the Semillon combines wonderfully with tropical fruit notes from the Chardonnay. A lovely fruit-filled finish, refreshed with citrus elements.

Hãhã Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc
Pungent, exhuberant and intense. Aromatic green capsicum (bell pepper), gooseberry & lush passionfruit characters. Sauvignon Blanc's crisp acidity is delicious with a crunchy summer salad featuring capsicums, cherry tomatoes and vinaigrette; fish, seafood and shellfish; raw vegetables.

Danzante Pinot Grigio
Malolactic fermentation is prevented to keep the wine’s natural acidity and freshness. The wonderful nose is full of spring flowers and young fruit, especially green mangos and pears. The palate leads with melons and pineapples, balanced with calamansi at the finish. A truly superior dry white wine.

A perfect balance of fresh citrus and apple notes interwoven with ripe tropical fruit character. Hints of orange blossom and spice on the nose add delicacy and character to the fruit aromas. The palate balances fruit with creamy notes from the 3 months barrel aging that part of the wine undergoes.

Robert Mondavi Woodbridge Sauvignon Blanc
Citrus, pear, pineapple and ripe tropical fruits dominate the nose, with hints of lemon grass in the background. The palate has a creaminess from the wine spending an extended time in contact with the yeasts (“sur lie”) during aging.
