Talus Zinfandel
Only the freerun and light, first-press portion of the juice was used for this wine. On the nose, dried plums, spices, ripe berry fruits and rich oak combine. Ripe fruit dominates the palate, with some spice and tannins from the small amounts of Petite Sirah added.

Robert Mondavi Napa Range Moscato D Oro
Agreat dessert wine made of 100% Muscat Canelli grapes, mainly grown in the Stag’s Leap district. On the nose, peaches, honeysuckle, dates and papaya mingle with each other and with hints of citrus fruits. The palate is gloriously rich, but with outstanding delicacy and finesse.

A classical Merlot: lots of soft fruit on nose and palate with hints of sweet cinnamon. The nose leads with strawberries, followed by blueberry and soft spice. The palate is warming, filling the mouth with ripe fruit flavours, leading to an attractively soft finish.

Purple to dark violet nuances, this wine delivers complex and delicate flavors of black fruit and flowers on colour. Peppery notes on the nose. On the palate, fruity,fairly round and aromatic.

Torres Gran Vina Sol
This wine is aromatic and full-bodied, with a profusion of flowery notes over a fruity background (very ripe peaches) and a hint of fennel. On the palate the wine has a long aftertaste and is silky with an elegant fullness. A touch of vanilla in the finish is indicative of the wine’s short ageing in French oak.
