Talus Merlot
Blueberry and raspberry on the nose intersperse with chocolate notes. On the palate, notes of olives and oak join in with warm, fleshy fruit, giving a rich, easy-drinking wine.

Talus Pinot Grigio
Limes, peaches, apricots and green peppers explode onto the nose, followed by more acidic notes of green mangoes and calamansi. But don’t think this is going to be an acidic wine. The palate is a wonderful mélange of fruit, powerfully concentrated and lasting through to a great finish.

Cesari Bianco delle Venezie, IGT
The nose is delicate, including spring flowers and ripe pears. The palate is a light bodied blend of melon and pear balanced by citrus in the finish.

Cesari Merlot delle Venezie, IGT
A classical Merlot: lots of soft fruit on nose and palate with hints of sweet cinnamon. The nose leads with strawberries, followed by blueberry and soft spice. The palate is warming, filling the mouth with ripe fruit flavours, leading to an attractively soft finish.

Chateau la Gordonne
Here, two Provence grapes - Grenache Noir and Syrah - produce a fabulous rose. The nose has spring flowers, with strawberries, white pepper and almonds. The palate has ripe red apple and pear, along with almond and gentle spices. The finish soft spice with a refreshing, mouth-watering crispness.

Hardys Nottage Hill Cabernet Shiraz
The Cabernet brings aromas of raspberries, cherry and cassis, with hints of mint. The Shiraz adds crushed pepper, chocolate and plum. The oak aging adds notes of toast and vanilla. The palate emphasizes the rich berry fruit flavours. The finish is long and full, with fine tannins.

Hardys Nottage Hill Chardonnay
The nose has pineapple aromas, with fresh, lemony fruit. Creamy vanilla notes follow. The palate is fresh, with mango, pineapple, citrus, and cashew nut. There is a soft and rounded palate, with a lingering finish.

Hardys Nottage Hill Shiraz
A classic Australian Shiraz. Black pepper mingles with aromas of blueberries, plum, cinnamon, vanilla and chocolate. The palate displays plum, chocolate and spice. The long finish is soft and filled with fruit.

Torres Vina Sol
Intense, with outstanding notes of flowers and ripe fruits (banana, pear, apple and peach), combined with delightful touches of citrus (mandarin zest) on a mentholated base. It's firm, fresh, long and elegant in the body, with a lingering finish.

Torres San Valentin - Parellada
This wine is characterised by its notes of ripe fruits (banana, apple, pear) accompanied by tarpenic (rose), spicy (fennel) and citric (lime) notes. It has a lush, warm attack backed by complex sweet notes and good acidity. Lingering aftertaste.

Gérard Bertrand, 6ème Sens Rouge
Deep red colour with shiny tints. The nose is complex, both floral and fruity ( black fruits). Smooth attack with a lot of fruits and spices. Very long aromatic persistence with very soft tannins and a lot of volume. Pleasure wine, very palatable and savoury. To be served at 16-17° with pork meats, cold starters, familial food and every kind of cheeses.

Gérard Bertrand, 6ème Sens Blanc
Pale yellow colour with green tints. The nose is complex, both floral (laurel, acacia, box tree) and fruity ( exotic and citrus fruits). Very aromatic mouth with a nice acidity level. Grades of fresh fruits and an unctuous final. Very enjoyable and easy wine thanks to is aromatic freshness. To be served at 12-13° on hot and salty starters, fish, poultry and fresh cheeses.

Santa Rita 120 Cabernet Sauvignon
A fruity wine, dominated on the nose by ripe cherries and cloves, with hints of caramel and vanilla. On the palate, it is a medium bodied wine, fruity and smooth at the finish.
