On the nose, ripe apples and apricots mingle with floral hints and touches of cinnamon and vanilla. The palate is full, fruity and long-lasting, with plenty of character brought to the fore by the 6½ months of barrel aging.

Gérard Bertrand, Cigalus Blanc
Bright yellow with pale green reflections. Bouquet with a lot of white flowers, citrus fruits combined with white fruits (peach, apricot, grapefruit) and honey. The palate is lush, opulent and smooth and at the same time very fresh. There are some hints of subtle vanilla, light toasty oak taste and very aromatic tropical fruits. The long, pleasant finish is lively and fresh.

A text-book Hunter Valley Chardonnay! Delicate peach and melon on the nose mingle with citrus notes. The palate brings intense peach fruit backed by citrus, cashew and oak notes. Added fruit complexity and length are the reward for extended time on the wine’s lees.

Vineyard dominated by rocks of Solutre and Vergisson on colour. Beautiful aromas of honey and lime tree on the nose. On the palate, Dense round and well balanced. A full, supple and fruity wine which ages quite well.

Dourthe Grands Terroirs Sauternes
Made with 3 grape varieties - Semillon (70%), Sauvignon Blanc (25%) and Muscadelle (5%) - this Sauternes is a lovely, rich gold colour. The initial flavours include dried apricot, dates and figs, with a counterpoint of citrus fruit and lemon marmalade in the finish.
