Torres Fransola
Complex aroma of exotic fruit (passion fruit and green fig), delicately ennobled by fine notes of toast and vanilla (from the ageing in new French oak). Good balance in the mouth thanks to the wine's acidity, with floral notes that pleasantly linger mid-palate.
Classification: Sauvignon Blanc
Rosemount Estate Show Reserve Chardonnay
A text-book Hunter Valley Chardonnay! Delicate peach and melon on the nose mingle with citrus notes. The palate brings intense peach fruit backed by citrus, cashew and oak notes. Added fruit complexity and length are the reward for extended time on the wine’s lees.

Rosemount Estate Chardonnay
The majority of the grapes come from the Hunter Valley, along with parcels from Victoria. Full, fresh aromas of peach and melon lead to a palate of soft, ripe tropical fruits with great concentration of flavour brought about by aging a proportion of the wine on its lees.
Classification: Chardonnay Vintage: 2006
