Penfolds Bin 2 Shiraz
A blend combining fruit from Barossa Valley, Clare Valley, McLaren Vale and Langhorne Creek. An easy drinking wine, not overtly concentrated, but with plenty of fruit, texture and flavour length. Cranberry and blackcurrant on the nose, with overlays of chocolate, oak and vanilla at the finish.

Penfolds Thomas Hyland Cabernet Sauvignon
30% Langhorne Creek, 29% McLaren Vale. The rest of the fruit is chosen from across South Australia. Dark fruit and cassis notes are lifted on the nose by raspberry and licorice. Like all Penfolds wines, a tightly structured wine, but with a chocolate richness that makes it very approachable.

32% Barossa Valley, 29% McLaren Vale with proportions from Upper Adelaide and the Adelaide Plains. The customary Shiraz plum, blackberry and pepper on the nose are joined by notes of chocolate, spice and vanilla. The palate has fabulously rich black fruit with warm pepper and spice.

On the nose, figs, dates and cassis are to the fore, with honey and smoke from barrel aging. The palate is full-bodied, but not overpowering. Plums and cherries give way to raisins and a satisfyingly long finish.

This is an aromatic wine with red cherries and raspberries on the nose blending with oak and a gentle smokiness. The palate is a pleasing combination of dark cherries and red fruit, underscored by hints of oak.

Dourthe Grands Terroirs Sauternes
Made with 3 grape varieties - Semillon (70%), Sauvignon Blanc (25%) and Muscadelle (5%) - this Sauternes is a lovely, rich gold colour. The initial flavours include dried apricot, dates and figs, with a counterpoint of citrus fruit and lemon marmalade in the finish.

Fleur du Cap Unfiltered Merlot
Concentrated aromas of blueberries and raspberries abound on the nose. Dark chocolate, savoury spices and soft oak follow with vanilla and mocha notes. This fabulous concentration of fruits then follows through on the palate, with gentleness and finesse in a drawn-out finish.
