Blueberry, blackberry and stewed plum mingle on the nose with white pepper and cinnamon. A typical Shiraz palate, filled with soft fruits and pepper. Soft spices andtouches of cinnamon add an extra dimension to the mid-palate. The finish is soft and fruity with a touch of light oak.

This wine has an intense garnet robe with violet – tinged glints. The nose develops aromas of black fruits (black cherry, blackberry) with peppery, spicy notes coming to the fore. Floral touches such as violet. The attack in the mouth is fleshy, with very fine concentration. Very good tannic structure combining a full-bodied feel and suaveness. A powerful, gourmet wine.

The nose leads with aromas of pineapple, with toasted oat from aging in American oak. On the palate, red apples, pineapple and vanilla notes combine with creamy melon in the finish from the complete malolactic fermentation undergone by all the wine.

Talus Pinot Grigio
Limes, peaches, apricots and green peppers explode onto the nose, followed by more acidic notes of green mangoes and calamansi. But don’t think this is going to be an acidic wine. The palate is a wonderful mélange of fruit, powerfully concentrated and lasting through to a great finish.

Chateau la Gordonne
Here, two Provence grapes - Grenache Noir and Syrah - produce a fabulous rose. The nose has spring flowers, with strawberries, white pepper and almonds. The palate has ripe red apple and pear, along with almond and gentle spices. The finish soft spice with a refreshing, mouth-watering crispness.
